By creating an account or using BoardroomX you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can join

BoardroomX is a private network for founders, executives, family business principals, and verified operators. Membership is granted at our discretion and may be revoked for behaviour that compromises the room.

2. What you can post

• You may post your own business problems and your own professional opinions.
• You may not post names of individuals, customers, suppliers, or employees; confidential financial documents; medical or health information of third parties; or material that constitutes a legal accusation.
• You may not impersonate another person, company, or expert.

3. Moderation

We review every brief and may edit, anonymise, reject, or archive any submission. Repeated violations result in removal from the platform.

4. Confidentiality of the room

Content from private threads must not be redistributed without consent. Public anonymised pages may be shared.

5. Fees and refunds

Membership and paid features are billed according to the pricing page. Refunds are handled case-by-case for unused subscription periods.

6. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or threaten the safety of the room.

7. Liability

BoardroomX is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
