Privacy Policy
BoardroomX is built for confidential peer-to-peer business discussion. Privacy is the product. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
1. What we collect
- Account data you give us (name, email, country, company type, role).
- Problem briefs you submit, including context, industry, and urgency.
- Expert profile data, case studies, and verification documents (experts only).
- Standard technical logs (IP, device, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
2. What stays private — always
On anonymous public problem pages we never display your name, email, company name, phone number, exact location, private documents, customer names, supplier names, employee names, or legal accusations. Only sanitised metadata (category, industry, company size band, revenue band, urgency) is shown.
3. Human moderation
Every problem brief is reviewed by a human moderator before it appears in the room. Identifying details are removed or the post is rejected.
4. Who can see your data
- You, the author.
- Verified executives answering, once a brief is approved and anonymised.
- A small set of BoardroomX administrators bound by confidentiality.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access control. We apply least-privilege by default and review access regularly.
6. Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time. Email us via the address on the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
